Most painful massage I’ve ever had. Treatment not as advertised, no mention of access to sauna or steam room once we arrived. Took us straight to our massage and after the massage they told us we weren’t allowed to use them after the treatment.

Lovely massage but room was absolutely freezing. Was informed there was an issue with window in treatment room and there was a cold draft coming in from outside and was chilly throughout massage.

I am not sure if sports massage is supposed to be this painful but I had bruises and a scratch afterwards and I do not think this is normal nor acceptable.
