Charlotte, the therapist was amazing. This is the second time I’ve been back and the fantastic massages and knowledgeable staff are the reason for this. Unfortunately the showers and facilities are a bit run down.

The most painful massage in have ever endured. I don't believe the spa therapists were professionally trained, the person delivering the massage seemed to not be very clued up on anatomy and was digging her elbow with force into bony prominences.

Very professional and no fuss. Use high quality products (Elemis). Been going there for a long time and convinced my partner to be a regular too.
