Booked for a Hollywood and back wax but quite a few hairs were left and the whole process felt rushed if I’m honest. I should have said something as the rates are high but felt abit awkward as it’s a home setting. Very high rates and average service, wouldn’t return unfortunately. Nice enough lady but quick to get you out.

Merci is very accommodating. I messed around with the booking as I wasn’t sure when I’d be able to go. I ended up contacting her by phone at 2:30 asking if it would be ok for her to do my treatment at 3. It was no problem for her. Great experience!
