For all treatments which require a patch test clients are required to book this through the treatwell app or contact the venue directly - this is solely the customers responsibility. Failure to do so may result in appointments being unfulfilled and where outside of the policy, charged for.
Please arrive on time for you appointment. Lateness may result in having your treatment time shortened accordingly. In the event we are unable to treat you as a result of lateness, your appointment will still be charged for.
