My daughter has has had half her skin ripped off from the waxing, she’s had eye brow waxing for years and has never had her skin pull off before, she now had scabs her eye brows underneath

This is the first time I’ve had a problem with my eyebrows, I left with a wax burn which I was told happens when you are exposed to sunlight, however, I will give them another chance because I’ve never had an issue before
