I booked my massage last minute as I had shoulder pain, Jade was really welcoming and acknowledged the pain in my shoulder. She made me feel really comfortable during the massage, she was friendly and also thorough. I came out with no shoulder pain and feeling much more relaxed. Will definitely be booking again!
