I am a GMC-registered Physician Associate specialising in medical aesthetics and regenerative skin treatments. My approach focuses on improving skin health by addressing the underlying causes of ageing, pigmentation, acne and hair thinning rather than only treating surface symptoms. At Melatone Skin Clinic, I provide personalised treatment plans using evidence-based procedures including skin boosters, polynucleotides, exosomes, PRP therapy for hair and skin, microneedling and medical chemical peels. Melatone Skin Clinic is a medically-led aesthetic clinic in Battersea, founded by Arman Zaki (GMC-registered Physician Associate), with a team of senior clinicians: Catia Zaki (Hydrofacial and Laser Lead, VTCT Level 4), Vanessa Paz (Senior HydroMED Pro Practitioner), Rhianna (Paramedic, NHS), and Vicki Lefeuve (Regenerative and Injectables).
We take an evidence-based approach to every treatment, addressing the underlying biology of the skin (inflammation, pigmentation, barrier function, collagen depletion) rather than trend-based quick fixes. Our protocols are tailored to every skin tone, including darker complexions often underserved by conventional aesthetic clinics.
