The lash lift took longer than the time listed on Treatwell so leave extra time if you have any appointments after but this was genuinely the best lash lift I’ve had in London after going to 4-5 different places over the last few years. I mentioned that I’d had bad experiences of technicians getting product in my eye and Sana was super careful, checking in to see if I was comfortable and the lashes were lifted perfectly and look great!

So happy with my full head highlights! Mehrus did an amazing job—they matched exactly what I wanted, the colour is stunning and blends so well with my natural hair. No harsh lines, just beautiful dimension and shine. The service was lovely too, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amber was great but when I got there there was no one to take the booking and I was waiting for about 5 minutes before I knocked on one of the doors to find someone. When someone came out they said they were running behind so I waited nearly another ten minutes but the actual treatment was great
