I hadn’t had a wax since 2025, and I was honestly really nervous about getting it done again. But Namra was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! She was so kind, gentle, and professional, and she immediately made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. Namra is lovely to talk to, so attentive, and made what I was worried about feel totally stress-free. If you’ve been putting it off or feeling nervous like I was, I’d 100% recommend her. I’ll definitely be coming back from now on!

I booked a deep cleansing facial hoping I would get rid of accumulated blackheads and whiteheads. Unfortunately the extraction part only lasted for a couple of minutes… it was a peaceful and spa-like experience but didn’t at all meet my main objective.
