This was my first visit, so I had a few questions about the pricing and treatment. Meru initially came across as a little confrontational, which was unfortunate. However, she was clearly very knowledgeable and highly skilled, and I was delighted with the results. Aman was also lovely. My only suggestion is to be a little more reassuring with first-time customers. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return.
