As soon as I walked in I felt uncomfortable. Had to sit and wait a few minutes for no apparent reason, then was taken downstairs to a room which definitely could of done with a deep clean. I was then asked to remove my clothes but the woman doing the wax did not leave the room or even shut the door, I had to get up and do it! She said nobody comes down here anyway but I obviously did not feel comfortable having a wax with it left open. The towel on the bed wasn’t fresh, she didn’t cleanse me before my wax and didn’t remove it after leaving me sticky. I honestly couldn’t of left there quick enough and was half expecting to have ingrown hairs or a rash but surprisingly the wax lasted as long as other ones I’ve had. Overall not a comfortable or nice experience and I’d definitely pay a bit more and go somewhere else next time.
