I booked a Brazilian on the treatwell app as this is what I've had for the past 5 years and it said it would be £10. Great I thought. That's cheap. upon arrival I was taken down to the treatment room pretty quickly (so far so good) as I sat down I was told that what I wanted (landing strip) was actually a Hollywood and a Brazilian was actually just a bikini wax (Just the sides neatened up) so if I wanted what she called a Hollywood it would be an extra £5. I've had a Brazilian wax every month for the past 5 years in probably 15 different salons and never before had I been told a Brazilian was just neatening up the bikini line. I don't know if they were trying to get more money or they are genuinely confused as to what a Brazilian is but I had guessed £10 was too good to be true. I agreed to pay the extra £5 (where else was I going to get a wax on a Saturday afternoon?) The wax itself was pain free and no hair was missed and honestly I would have been happy to pay £15 in the first place as I was happy with my wax. It just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth that the price was increased when I was sat there with no of pants on.
I find this salon very reasonable price for the treatment however I don't find all staff friendly. I sometimes feel that this place isn't as professional as it should be you do get to see lots of family coming in with babies and most of the times bo seats available to sit but I wouldn't hesitate going back as it saves me money
