I booked into this salon for hair and make up ahead of a party. Not a good atmosphere from the minute I walked in. Mehak was nice enough but the rest of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Make up look awful and seemed to be using very cheap products. Hair was even worse. They didn't listen to what I asked for at all. It was so bad I ended up re-doing it all again before I went out! Thought I would try here as it seemed slightly cheaper than other salons but you definitely get what you pay for- will not be using again!

The staff were very friendly and experienced. Waxing was fast and good.
Hollywood Waxing
It was very cheap for a shellac manicure but you definitely get what you pay for and I really wouldn't recommend. There was no atmosphere and I just sat in silence the whole time, the lady didn't seem very interested in me and at one point she was so busy talking to someone else that I ended up turning the UV Light machine on myself because I was sick of waiting! They don't have a great choice when it comes to shellac colours either. If you are just looking to save money then this is the place, but if you want a more quality treatment and overall experience, I would definitely go elsewhere.

The facial was quite good but the customer service is shocking!!!! The staff really do not appreciate the fact that the customers are PAYING their wages!!!
I boooked the treatment on treatwell , as I have done many times at other salons with no problems. An hour before the appointment I decided to print out my appointment, and found that my treatment had been cancelled and put onto another date and time !!!! No word from the salon about this, I had to phone them. There was an excuse of having a beautician off sick.
I turned up for the appointment to find they had treble booked themselves. I then had a facial which was fraught with tension and she was so easy handed and brusk . Not wHat you need for a facial at all. The beautician made all kinds of inappropriate comments and tutted !!!!she referred to her clients as," you people". Saying that it's the clients responsibility to check their appointments. I don't think so. The very basics of a service is to run an appropriate appointment service and to treat the customers with respect !!!!
Not good ! I can't recommend them.
