Arrived for my appointment a bit early. The salon was really busy. Was taken through in time but was told that my booking hadn't been recorded as Treadwell doesn't send the notification to the salon. Had the treatment and I am satisfied with the result.

Didn’t feel the salon was as clean as I would exoect, I could see wax from previous customers on the towel, for example. I had patches of hair left all over the place and had to apply a home hair removal before holiday. Wax was way too hot and by far the most painful waxing experience. Lady was friendly!
