The facial was quite good but the customer service is shocking!!!! The staff really do not appreciate the fact that the customers are PAYING their wages!!!
I boooked the treatment on treatwell , as I have done many times at other salons with no problems. An hour before the appointment I decided to print out my appointment, and found that my treatment had been cancelled and put onto another date and time !!!! No word from the salon about this, I had to phone them. There was an excuse of having a beautician off sick.
I turned up for the appointment to find they had treble booked themselves. I then had a facial which was fraught with tension and she was so easy handed and brusk . Not wHat you need for a facial at all. The beautician made all kinds of inappropriate comments and tutted !!!!she referred to her clients as," you people". Saying that it's the clients responsibility to check their appointments. I don't think so. The very basics of a service is to run an appropriate appointment service and to treat the customers with respect !!!!
Not good ! I can't recommend them.

The Salon is in a great location easy to park. Modern decor and relaxed atmosphere inside although no-one gave me an idea of how long would have to wait when entered so customer service could have been better. The finished look was fine and great value for money. May go back again in if in the area
Facial Threading
It was my first visit to Mehak for Wash,cut and dry.The staff was helpful as I wasn't sure about the hairstyle and I am very happy with result.
