NICE STAFF BUT DEAR GOD THE PLACE NEEDS A PROPER DEEP CLEAN !! IM NOT EVEN THAT FUSSY BUT FELT EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE!! The towels were FILTHY .. floor was full of hairs and stains!!! The wall had cobwebs!! It’s like a Halloween disguise (maybe it is? Since we’re in October) Will not be coming again for this reason .. shame staff were nice

Another great Wax from Anila as expected. virtually pain free and speedy as anything. I would also recommend the eyebrow threading at Mehak's, the ladies do an amazing job. Thank you

Burnt my scalp and ear numerous times and stabbed me at the top of my burnt ear with a spiky hairbrush. So vigorous with all treatments it bordered on aggressive.
