Such a shame , was really looking forward to my treatment ( luxury pamper package) . Treatment was supposed to be 1 hour and include a facial and back,neck, shoulder massage. Instead the process lasted 30mins without any massage. When I questioned the therapist she did little to help and only responded that it didn’t include a back massage even though I had the booking information infront of her clearly showing 1hr and what was included. Very disappointed ! No resolution was offered. When booking a treatment the details of treatment should be fulfilled, not half of the time and half of the treatments carried out ! Also, No prior consultation / questions asked , towel I was asked to lay on was dirty and headband was damp. I was asked to take off top but therapist did not leave the room and only passed me a robe when I asked. Very unprofessional and dirty. I can not speak for the rest of the treatments but I would honestly rate this the worst treatment / salon experience I have ever had !

I was seen quickly! The lady who did my waxing was super quick, & it wasn’t as painful as i thought it would be, i will be going there again.
