Thank you to Azeeta who gave me a lovely facial - my pores are so much clearer after being unblocked and scrubbed during the facial.
The massage was my first ever massage and I’d definitely come back to Azeeta again for another. Very relaxing and she explained the tension and pain I’m feeling in my back to me.

I went here to get my eyelash tinted and eyelash extensions. The staff were great with me when I called to say I was running late they moved my appointment to 2pm so they could still fit me in which I was greatful for. The lash tint wasnt as dark as Id normally have but the young girl who did it was very sweet. My extensions are fab, they look great but natural and the girl who did them gave me great aftercare and ensured I was okay throughout. They were also faster than some places which i liked. Overall the services received were to a good standard but the salon itself didnt have much of an atmosphere or vibe and everyone looked quite miserable which wasn't a great thing to walk into. I would probably return as its good value for money but if it cost anymore I would go elsewhere for the same price and nicer atmosphere.

I arrived on the day to confused members of staff. I was told the hairdresser (the owner) would be another 45 minutes as that is what time she starts, which I was angry about, as my appointment was confirmed 2 days before for a particular time (not pending). So the lady there started to cut my hair, and it was clear there was a language barrier when i asked her to style it in a certain way (cutting dead ends does not require a lot of verbal language - so this part was fine)
Eventually the owner arrives and pushes the lady who was cutting my hair to the side - at this point my hair was cut far too short! So I mentioned this to her and she ignored me! And asked me if I had booked through Treatwell and that my booking had not been confirmed! Even though I got a text message confirming..If you as a business don't like using apps such as Treatwell don't give lousy treatment to paying customers!
If you know you won't be available at a certain time, please block these out on the app!
What made this whole situation worse was that there were 5 people waiting for the same woman all booked at the same time!
The only relief was that hair grows back!
Never again!

The staff were nice enough but the gel manicure was really poor. The shape of the nails wasn’t even- I asked for it to be touched up but I don’t think the beautician could see how uneven they were! The polish wasn’t evenly spread and I had to ask for a 3rd coat as the colour was still see through... pay a bit more and go somewhere for the quality.
