Shima was lovely and pleasant. the area used for nail treatment was not very nice, very dark and not properly equipped, because of this I found it quite uncomfortable having to sit twisted on a chair, products used were of v.poor quality which affected application therefore finished results were below expectations. The haircut was ok, I asked for a pretty basic cut so couldn’t really go wrong but there were a few things. Disappointing as was hoping to make this my regular salon.
