Booked an appointment for 1.45pm yesterday for eyebrows. I got there early 1.30pm. When walking in I was told they were too busy for eyebrows and to return in 45 mins. When I mentioned I had an appointment I was told to take a seat. I got seen at 3.05pm. My eyebrows were done to an unacceptable standard, still hair on my lids and when I left had to redo them at the salon down the road. I understand it’s bank holiday weekend and the salon will be busy but at least do them to a good standard.
