Can't comment on how well the Lazer has worked for me as I've only had 3 sessions so far but I've seen signs of hair loss in some areas. Kirsty the therapist I've had twice has been very thorough and attentive. She makes sure you're comfortable and the ice pack is there when needed. Clearly tell she loves her job.
