I had a fantastic experience with Kirsty for my full-body laser treatment. She was professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable . She explained the process clearly, checked in throughout the session, and made sure I was at ease the whole time. Her attention to detail and caring approach really stood out. Can't comment on how well the Lazer has worked for me as I've only had 3 sessions so far but I've seen signs of hair loss in some areas. Kirsty the therapist I've had twice has been very thorough and attentive. She makes sure you're comfortable and the ice pack is there when needed. Clearly tell she loves her job.
