Excellent experience. Went in for a sports massage for a back problem and was also given advice about exercises to build up strength to help with the problem longer term, was followed up with a useful app with the exercises after the appointment. Very knowledgable and professional

Really happy I have found this sports therapist after using several other with no luck. He was very professional, very knowledgeable about sports injuries. Really looking forward to going back.

I would highly recommend for a deep tissue massage. Ahmed met me upon arrival, he was very welcoming and listened carefully to my problems with my neck, shoulders and back. He was very knowledgeable and skilful and ensured I was comfortable during the entire process. Looking forward to booking my next massage.
