Ahmed was fantastic he gave a brilliant sports massage to myself was very knowledgeable and I felt fantastic afterwards this was after a block of high volume running and my legs feel great and ready to go again for the next block of training soon. Will definitely booking again

Ahmed really knows his stuff. I’ve been in a lot of pain with my back recently and he used techniques to help workout the problem area. My back feels so much better, will definitely be returning for more sessions

Ahmed was brilliant! He has a lovely down to earth and approachable manner which instantly puts you at rest. I had a back and shoulder massage and the treatment really helped me. He takes a genuine interest in you full health and tailors his approach accordingly. I would highly recommend.
