Ok, so first time having definition brows..!
Kira was professional and we agreed that because I had never had this treatment before she would go gently. I was sure I did not want them to look to huge, & false…! So that is what she did..
Brilliant loved the treatment & the overall effects.
Keep looking at them. Just a general brush & good too go. As they fade the shape will be good to follow.

My technician hurt me when trimming my cuticles. She also forgot to put a top coat on my right thumb. Considering the cost its not very good in my opinion.

I originally had an appointment on a different day but was called to change my appointment. This caused me stress as I was very busy at work and was interrupted twice also the new date and time I was able to get my nails done was very inconvenient.
Finally I asked the receptionist on the phone not to call my daughter at work and she ignored me and called her anyway interrupted her as well and she was in a meeting. I told her I was not happy and she did not apologise and continued to be rude.
