No hole for your head to go into for the massage so pretty uncomfortable on the neck! Not good smelling oil and the massage was shorter than I booked.

Went for a leg massage in advance of a 10k race - my hamstrings and quads were a mess from training and I needed stretching out! Bilal could see what needed doing and gave me a properly firm massage including a herbal painkilling balm. I got a pb in the 10k and put that down in part to my massage!
