Therapist was 10 minutes late so I was waiting in high street. I was first appointment of the day, not acceptable. Gel polish an extra £15.00. I did not feel this was very clear on website. I will not be returning.

Despite booking 3 days in advance, Maureen cancelled my spray tan with 2.5 hours notice, saying it was a booking error.
Of course mistakes happen, and It would not have been a problem if she let me know as soon as the booking occurred instead it was 2.5 hour notice ,leaving me no option to book elsewhere. A real shame as it was evening before a holiday.
