they called to say I had booked on a day that there was closed. so rebooted for a different day. at appointment she was the 15 minutes late. waxing was the worst I have ever experienced, room was dirty, not cleaned from the person the night before.

Salon wasn’t open when I turned up. Conned out of £64. I am local and will be encouraging others to stay away. Trying to get a refund given I received nothing but not yet heard anything.

She turned up late and then made me wait a further 10 mins. Started the treatment 25 mins from my appointment time. Unprofessional in my opinion.

I’m really sorry but it’s a no from me.Firstly 20mins before my appointment I get a call to say she cannot do the appointments unless I turn up now.The room was dark, dirty and loud with either the door, neighbours or the pipework.I left in more pain
