Anja holds a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Hertfordshire. She went on to complete her BTEC Level 5 qualification in Soft Tissue Therapy from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). This qualification focused on the clinical treatment of minor and chronic musculoskeletal pain and injuries, allowing Anja to support both athletes and the general population. Following her studies, Anja worked in a Physiotherapy clinic closely alongside clinicians, where she gained experience supporting clients through injury recovery, post-surgery rehabilitation, and the management of chronic pain. She is also a fully insured member of the ISRM (the institute for Soft Tissue Therapists). In addition to her clinical experience, Anja is fully qualified in Sport Massage, Remedial / Deep Tissue Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Menopause Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Kobido. This diverse skill set allows her to tailor each treatment to the individual’s specific needs, from relieving general muscle tension to easing specific symptoms related to hormonal changes. Zuzanna Matras graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) in London with a Master's degree in Osteopathy and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Specialist Paediatric Osteopathic Practice. Over the years she has practiced in various specialistic clinics including Expectant Mothers Clinic and Blanchard Clinic for HIV patients. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy, the Royal Society of Medicine, the College of Medicine and Integrative Health, and Practical Medicine Poland ("Medycyna Praktyczna"). She has a keen interest in treating chronic pain, cervical spine, and TMJ (jaw) injuries, as well as pediatric, and pre and post-natal patients. Zuzanna is also qualified in Sports Massage Therapy, Dry Needling, Medical Acupuncture and Aromatherapy. Zuzanna Matras has a postgraduate certification in paediatric osteopathy and provides help from children first steps to their growing independence. The clinic was also a finalist in the Institute of Osteopathy (iO) Practice of the Year (Sole Practitioner) category at the 2024 iO Awards. Jennifer Banurji graduated from the University College of Osteopathy in London with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and a registered Mummy MOT® Practitioner with an interest in women’s health, including pelvic floor dysfunction and postnatal rehabilitation. Her clinical focus also includes general musculoskeletal injuries and supporting long-term recovery through tailored, evidence-informed care. She adopts a holistic approach, integrating the patient’s lifestyle, goals, and values into each treatment plan to ensure effective, compassionate care. Jennifer draws on a range of therapeutic techniques including Manual therapy, Medical Acupuncture, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Indian Head Massage, and Visceral Osteopathy to support recovery, reduce pain, and improve overall wellbeing.
Francesca Destefanis graduated with a Bachelor of Osteopathy with Honours from London School of Osteopathy (LSO) and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. Francesca specialises in paediatric osteopathy and women’s health, supporting babies, children, and women through different stages of life, including pregnancy and the postnatal period. In her paediatric practice, Francesca supports babies, children, and their families with challenges associated with regulation and development, including fussiness, frequent crying, latching and feeding difficulties, disrupted sleep, and positional preferences. Francesca also has a particular interest in women’s health, supporting women during pregnancy and throughout their postnatal recovery. She is currently undertaking a Women’s Health Diploma with the Molinari Institute, further developing her knowledge and skills in this area. Alongside her specialist interests, Francesca treats a range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, joint pain, sports injuries, and temporomandibular joint (jaw) discomfort. She has undertaken further training in Visceral Osteopathy through the Barral Institute and Clayton, as well as specialist training in Paediatric Osteopathy with CNMO.
