I had to change my appointment as their store app hadn’t synced with Treatwell and they had double booked. That was fine but I got a telling off when I got to the appointment and told to use their app in the future.
The manicure itself wasn’t the best, she didn’t soak my cuticles which meant there was pain. I also ended up with a bump on my nails.
On the whole the technician was quite brisk and bossy.
