Started 20 minutes late, no care in performing the blow dry, which lasted 24 hours max. Michael was taking phone calls throughout and found out he was going out for lunch half way through. So the rest of the blowdry was done in 5 minutes, yanking chunks of hair and then relying on straighteners for every section, which I've never had to have. Michael seemed quite stressed as he was working alone, but that's no reason to do a shoddy job on a customer's hair. Probably the worst blow dry I have ever had, just pay the extra £10 and get it done properly at Herschesons.
place is nice but there are only 2 ladies doing it and so if someone is running late it really affects the rest of the appointments which is not ideal during a work lunch break. they need to be more strict with the clients that are late. but they are very thorough and take great care in their treatments so overall very happy with the outcome. thank you
My blow dry was great and Michael was super friendly, attentive and professional. The lady who answers the phone is in the wrong job or needs a lesson in customer service and general manners. They’re doing him a disservice.
