A great first time session at meta. I had sessions elsewhere in the past , and I was tentative to try somebody new. He was a very nice man and cared deeply about his role in helping me and my back pain. I felt safe and he explained each stage before it happened. The results were good and I felt an immediate relief from pains. I will definitely go back for follow ups.
I would also add that i felt apprehensive with the lower cost in comparison to other paces I had visited - but it was excellent

Visited last week for an hour long therapeutic massage after a recent nerve impingement in my upper right shoulder region. Alexandra was great and focussed primarily on the area of concern. A few days have passed since the massage and whilst the area has felt more tender since the massage (expected), there has definitely been tension relief in my shoulder. Thank you again 🙏🏼
