Visited last week for an hour long therapeutic massage after a recent nerve impingement in my upper right shoulder region. Alexandra was great and focussed primarily on the area of concern. A few days have passed since the massage and whilst the area has felt more tender since the massage (expected), there has definitely been tension relief in my shoulder. Thank you again 🙏🏼

I highly recommend Adolf Mata as an Osteopath, he knew exactly where to target and I had instant pain relief that same day. I am already booking my next appt and recommending him to others.
