I dont often find myself thoroughly impressed, but Ivona's (some reviews refer to her as Iva) listening skills, attention to detail and implementation abilities are second to none. My hair was very badly cut by a clearly NOT very talented hair stylist and Ivona managed to make the best out of a bad situation. It's now shorter than I originally wanted, but I've had compliments on it since, so clearly, she knew what she was doing. Frankly, I wouldn't have expected to walk into one of the many hair salons on Finchley Road and be hooked, but I will return to Masterclass, for sure. The cut was very well done, the service and focus was second to none, and even the cappuccino was great:)

very good, attentive staff, good understanding of hair types and listened to what i wanted. great cut and dry. booked in for highlights aswell
