Beautiful ambiance, friendly staff, immaculately clean and using the best products of Kerastase. Couldn’t wish anything better. Highly recommend it!

Iva is very experienced and gave me an excellent haircut and blow-out. She made sure to ask exactly how much hair I wanted to be cut (not everyone does this) and gave good advice on the style. Plus she has a great personality and puts you at ease.

Really disappointed and upset with my haircut. Have been trying to grow my hair longer and went in to just have it neatened up. Explained that I was happy with the length and just wanted a small amount off, but ended up having way more taken off than I had expected - it’s now shorter than it’s been in years. When I said this as soon as I realised I was told that anything less was a dusting not a trim and I should have said I wanted that - I’ve never heard that before. I was made to feel quite uncomfortable and just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I know it’s only hair but pretty gutted with how it is now and will have to wait for a long time for it to grow back. Sadly won’t be returning.

Iva did a great job recommending the best colour to sort out my roots and blend it well with the current colours and also emulsified it onto the rest of the length to blend & wake up the ends. On her recommendation I had a kerastes conditioning treatment h I have to say the colour & treatment improved the look of my hair. She is a very talented hairdresser. The cut was also nicely done. Staff were attentive with offering drinks however ended up being busy & possibly short staffed (?) meaning Iva was splitting her time between clients. Also the whole treatment ended up taking much longer than expected. But I would definitely go back for colour treatments.
