Really good value, good quality haircut and lots of creativity from Massimo who always has new ideas and freshens up my style for me. Highly recommended.
I was a bit disappointed with my experience. Firstly the salon is tiny with no facilities to be given a cup of tea or to use the bathroom. I had rang earlier in the day to see if I could change my appointment from 5.30 to 4pm and was told I could and they rang again to confirm this. Then when I got to the area (40 mins from where I work) they said this was no longer possible and I had to wait till 5. I know these things happen but very annoying all the same.
Daniella who did my hair was a lovely person and very polite but my highlights turned out pretty streaky. Also it was not really value for money as the voucher cost me £45 but I had to pay an additional £15 for a toner (usually done for free in most salons after you get colour) and then asked if I wanted a rough dry or a blow dry (for more additional money).
Bit disappointing, not my best Wahanda experience. I won't be going back.
