Massimo is delightful, really listens and makes great suggestions. He has more enthusiasm for his craft than anyone I have ever met in ANY job. My hair looks like I just stepped out of a salon.

Very pleased with Massimo's recommendations. I didn't even have to tell him what I wanted. He knows exactly the style I wanted! It looks like I have finally found a hairdresser I would go back to in London ;)
