Overall the therapist was extremely knowledgable, gave plenty of advice and recommendations and made sure she tailored my massage based on my health concerns/issues which was extremely comforting. However I have not felt particularly well or relaxed in the hours afterwards (even a little sick). Perhaps this is due to the release of toxins and will pass but overall I found the massage (Swedish massage) a lot closer to that of a deep tissue massage rather than a relaxing swedish massage. I would still visit again given her expertise but will choose to focus on particular areas of the body only (neck, shoulders, back).
