I have been a regular here for about a year now and I usually see Adelina. Instead I was met by Angelina, who was very rude. When I arrived, I expressed my concerns regarding the way my services were booked - they booked me for two separate therapists for one day. I called the office a few times before the day but no one answered. I got the manager on the phone the next day and he was equally rude and unhelpful which is a shock because as long as I had no complaints he’s professional.
