Vigorous massage by knowledgable lady who finds the tense bits quickly and works them hard. This was a therapeutic massage not a relaxing / aromatherapy one you might have elsewhere. It is brilliant for resolving muscular issues but is definitely not something you’re going to fall asleep during! Felt the benefit straight away and will be back for more.
