the massage was incredibly pleasant and I was asked beforehand if there were any areas I wanted to focus on and the kind of pressure I wanted. The masseuse was attentive and applied the right amount of pressure for what my muscles needed - I left feeling great and really relaxed. She did suggest next time booking a longer session as it normally takes about 15mins to warm the muscles up.
