I am 38 weeks' pregnant and yesterday I had a pregnancy massage with Angelina. Having listened to my needs (swollen feet and ankles, upper back tension) Angelina talked me through the options. We went for a lymphatic massage, finishing with an oil massage of upper back. Afterwards Angelina gave me advice for the rest of the day: hydrate, avoid heavy meals and caffeine and fizzy drinks. Today I feel the best I've felt in weeks. My trotters have turned back to feet and I slept through the night!
