the massage quality was fine, but both of my sessions ended early (a 45-min cut short to ~35, and a 60-min cut short to 54). i pay for time, and time is valuable. instead of acknowledging this, the founder defended themselves and said they would check cctv, which implied a lack of trust in the customer. note: you are charged for the total time spent in the room (including changing clothes/consultation), not the actual massage duration!
