I had a sports massage with Zoe, she was so lovely and knew exactly how to help me. Although I was a bit sore the next day I could feel such a difference already and my shoulders felt so much more loose! Would recommend, I’m definitely going to return.

Lydia is a really friendly therapist, she made me feel comfortable during the whole appointment. I’ve never had a deep tissue massage before so didn’t know what to expect but Lydia explained everything really well so I always knew what was happening next. I felt great straight away and have already had less tension headaches which is great. I will be back soon :)

I had an appointment with Isabelle for a sports massage and it was great! She did an assessment prior to the appointment to help find my problem areas and based my treatment around them. She used a good pressure which helped loosen my tightest areas and worked into my knotty points which helped relieve the pain I was getting straight away. The staff are all friendly and really helpful and everywhere seemed very clean and organised. I will definitely be returning and will 100% recommend!!
