Second session with Zoe to work on back tension and pain. Whilst I still have some tension she has undone years of poor posture tension in my upper back . Brilliant , would absolutely recommend .

I had a 30 minutes of massage with Lydia and was the best massages, I was feeling horrible pain I’m my shoulders and she took off my pain, amazing.

I Love Zoe , I met her last year at the Speke site and planned to go back but didn’t make it before COVID, she is professional , friendly and knows her craft very well, giving advise about how to address your injuries / issues at home too . I have had so much tension and pain in my upper body and she worked hard to relieve it , but also makes good recommendations for treatment BUT only if it’s needed. Would highly recommend.

I had a sports massage with Zoe, she was so lovely and knew exactly how to help me. Although I was a bit sore the next day I could feel such a difference already and my shoulders felt so much more loose! Would recommend, I’m definitely going to return.
