Lydia was absolutely amazing! She focused on all the areas I mentioned were tight or knotty and made sure to check in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. My back feels so much looser now - I noticed a difference in my shoulders immediately after which was great after being slumped at a desk for months. Thoroughly recommend :)

Nice venue with parking which is good. The therapists listen to what you say & complete your treatment as discussed. Only thing that would be nice would be some music in the background to ease the total silence :)
