5 stars isn’t enough for Prim! I’m plagued with regular back pains but I always feel like a new man after a session with him. He has a ridiculous wealth of knowledge and is a total gent. Cannot recommend enough!

Primarius made me feel comfortable from the beginning, we talked about why I wanted a deep tissue massage and we acknowledged my posture issues.
After the massage, I felt like I was already walking straighter and more relaxed! I am definetely going back!

Very highly recommended. I've tried a few deep tissue massages on treatwell, all of which were fine - but this was head and shoulders above the rest. Real specialist knowledge and technique, carefully isolating trigger points and getting release. Also provided excellent advice about what I can do to address the cause of the problem (ilt band).
