Very highly recommended. I've tried a few deep tissue massages on treatwell, all of which were fine - but this was head and shoulders above the rest. Real specialist knowledge and technique, carefully isolating trigger points and getting release. Also provided excellent advice about what I can do to address the cause of the problem (ilt band).
