I had never had a sports massage before my session with Prim, and he was more thorough and knowledgeable then I could have imagined. In anticipation for my marathon he identified the areas of tightness/soreness in my legs, and the reason for my issues. He also gave me ongoing exercises and stretches to do, as well as offering nutritional and training advise. Will be booking again.
