This is by far the best treatment I have had in a long time. Prim was very attentive and extremely knowledgeable. The treatment focused on the pain I was having and within a 2 days of the treatment the pain totally went (I had been suffering for several days prior). For the 1st time in a long time I felt my money was going toward more than just 1 hour massage but ongoing body improvement therapy.

Prim is one of the best therapists I have come across in London. I really need proper sports therapy for my legs and back, and he knew immediately how to solve the problems I have been having as a result of cycling and running. He is naturally talented at seeking out places of tension, and working to release this. I have had a lot of massages in London, and I think that this massage is by far the best if you want proper sports therapy. I am definitely a regular now!

What a find! We'd like to keep Prim and Proper as a secret find to ensure we'd easily make bookings in the future but if you are lucky to read this, be sure you are in for a treat. Prim is super knowlegeable and seriously good at the art of massaging. He deserves 5 stars in every way and I will surely return. Enjoy!

I can highly recommend being treated by Prim. After 2 sessions my chronic lower back - hip pain has improved a lot (a lot!!). With his evaluation and massage techniques and the exercises/stretches he gave me as "homework" my back condition has improved quicker than with any other treatment I've had before. Prim is very attentive and highly knowledgeable. Total trust to be in his hands!! :)

Prim was amazing. I was suffering from sore muscles from body pump at the gym and Prim discovered I had a tendinitis on my arm in 30 mins. I will definitely book again with him and cannot recommend him enough.
