I had a great massage by Adam. He very precisely diagnosed my issue and approached the problem in a very holistic way. I was impressed with whole range of techniques Adam uses. He is also very friendly and made sure I felt comfortable.

Adam is exceptional. He makes you feel safe and relaxed and then heals you. No joke. Heals. He uses a very gentle technique that I can only describe as talking to your body, listening to what it needs and then giving it. I have had two sessions with him and my body has been so grateful. I didn’t know my shoulders could be this relaxed! Can’t wait to go again. Thank you Adam!
