Jo provided a personal and relaxing service. I booked a back massage and reflexology, plus an add on head massage it was one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had.

Fantastic massage! Jo really put me at ease. I felt incredibly relaxed both during and after the massage. I definitely slept better afterwards too. I also loved the post massage treat pack. I would highly recommend Massage and Me!

Jo qualified as a Massage Therapist in 2016, after living the busy London life for 10 years, commuting daily and working on average 12 hours a day. Jo set up Massage and me to help local people with busy lives to take some time out to relax. By taking just one hour to focus on yourself, you'd be amazed at the results in numerous areas of your life. Whilst Jo is here to help, she will never preach about changes you must make to your life. That hour (or 30 minutes) is for you to relax and enjoy the physical benefits massages can bring.
